eService platform for pharma logistics
More than 18 eServices and 10 web shops for a leading pharma logistics company. End customers place orders, manage returns, retrieve proof of delivery and generate compliance reports. Multi-tenant, GDP-compliant and fully integrated into the existing SAP landscape. Two of the stories behind it: the B2B ordering portals for promotional material and the privacy-compliant ordering microsites.
EU compliance platform for electrical appliances
EU energy labels and EPREL data, managed for an international manufacturer's entire range. QR codes on the products resolve to the correct EU data sheets automatically, supplier data arrives through automated imports, and reporting spans several European markets. Service document portal
Multilingual document portal for the same manufacturer. Trade partners and service technicians find and download manuals, spare-part lists, EU data sheets and exploded diagrams for more than 600 products, with smart search and automatic caching. - When is bespoke worth it over standard software?
- When the standard product forces your workflows to bend, or when the gap between two systems is exactly where your business happens. Where standard is enough, we say so.
- What does custom software cost with you?
- Less machinery, an honest price: you pay for the engineering, not for cascades of project managers or corporate overhead. What a project costs depends on the process, so after the analysis you get a confidence-based estimate with disclosed assumptions instead of a flat rate pulled out of thin air. With us, bespoke is not code for a luxury surcharge: you pay for what your process needs and nothing else.
- How long does a business application take?
- A well-scoped portal or an interface automation typically takes eight to twelve weeks to go live. Larger platforms grow over years; our oldest has been running since 2016.
- Can you develop in regulated environments?
- Yes. Pharma, EU compliance and GDP-adjacent processes are part of our daily work. We deliberately leave formal GxP validation and certificates to others; what we build is robust, documented and auditable.
- Who owns the code?
- You do. Full rights to the source code, versioned, documented and ready to hand over. No vendor lock-in, not even with us.
