SEO and AI content

SEO content that counts.

AI-generated copy has become a commodity in e-commerce. We build content from real product data, your own category taxonomy and industry knowledge. Fully integrated, scalable and measurable in traffic.

The new reality

AI content is easy. Relevant AI content is the craft.

AI-generated copy can be produced by the thousand, and the result lands in the catalogue of a thousand shops at once. Google and other search engines have responded: helpful-content guidelines separate genuine value from generic filler.

The difference we make isn't "AI or not". It's which data feeds the AI, and how cleanly the pipeline is built that gets the content to where it's actually read.

Our method

Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

What RAG is
Generative AI that pulls from a specific knowledge base before every answer: product data, category attributes, supplier specifications, industry standards. The model doesn't write from a vacuum; it writes with exactly the context a specialist text needs.
How it's different
"ChatGPT writes product copy" works for trainers and falls apart for grass seed varieties. Our RAG pipelines pull the official variety trial data, the housing's corrosion class, the phenol-free property of a thermal roll. Content with substance, because the substance is in the data.

What we do

From writing copy to monitoring rankings.

Product copy with RAG
Scalable copywriting from custom attributes, supplier data and category taxonomies. Every text draws on the shop's real data.
Category copy & SEO landing pages
Category copy, filter landing pages and topic hubs with an editorial foundation. Internally linked, search-optimised, written for people.
Blog scaling with n8n
Automated content pipelines from structured data sources. Editorial workflows with sign-off stages, not an AI production line.
Technical SEO
Canonical control, hreflang, sitemaps and IndexNow, plus structured data (Product, Article, FAQPage) and Core Web Vitals. The foundation without which even the best content stays invisible.
Content APIs and ETL
Bulk updates without shop overhead, dedicated endpoints for external editorial teams, and image and article pipelines with a locking mechanism.
Monitoring and rankings
Measuring impact instead of hoping for it. Bot-optimised special pages, separate image sitemaps, fine-grained rewrite control, regular reporting.

Proof from our own operation

Numbers from samen.de, our flagship shop.

Everything we offer here runs on our own shop first: a guide section that covers its subject almost completely, illustrated throughout, internally linked and cleanly structured. The case study on our content machine shows how we build content systems.

Case Study

The self-driving content machine

An established mid-market online shop with several thousand specialist products that need real explanation, multiple country shops and a large trade magazine faced a scaling problem: high-quality, search-strong content, complete with imagery, internal linking and multiple languages, can't be produced by hand at the volume required. We built a fully automated content machine for it that generates, illustrates, translates and even voices articles, running autonomously round the clock.

GEO / LLMO

Visible even where nobody clicks any more.

A growing share of product search no longer happens on the results page. It happens in ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI Overviews. Depending on who you ask, the optimisation for that is called GEO, LLMO or AI search optimisation; it all means the same thing: building content so language models understand it, cite it and recommend it.

The good news: what that takes largely overlaps with clean, substance-based SEO. Structured data, clear answers to real questions, verifiable facts instead of marketing filler; that's exactly what our RAG pipeline produces anyway, because it writes from your product data. We'll be honest: the field is young and measurability is limited. We optimise what's demonstrably working, and we won't sell you GEO magic.

Frequently asked questions

What clients ask before an SEO project.

Isn't AI-generated content a risk for my Google ranking?
Google judges whether a text helps, not how it was made. The risk is generic copy sitting on a thousand shops at once. Our RAG pipelines write from your real product data, attributes and industry standards: exactly the substance the helpful-content guidelines reward.
How quickly will I see results?
SEO works over the medium term. Technical fixes take effect within weeks; content-driven rankings typically build over three to six months. We report transparently against rankings, indexing and traffic from day one, instead of making promises.
Will my shop get found in ChatGPT and AI Overviews?
You can influence that: structured data, clear question-and-answer content and verifiable substance all raise your odds of being cited. Our RAG content feeds directly into that. Nobody credible promises miracles in a field this young.
Do you do link building too?
We don't build link networks or buy backlinks. We focus on what you actually control: technically clean pages and substantial content that gets linked and cited naturally. Off-page advice is available, but framed honestly.
Which platforms do you support?
Shopify, Shopware 5 (in legacy support), WordPress and bespoke Symfony applications. One pipeline stack, many target systems, connected through content APIs.
How do you measure success?
Against rankings, organic traffic, clean indexing and Core Web Vitals: we optimise performance as far as the platform allows, and measure it continuously. Regular reporting against these metrics, no vanity numbers.
What happens in the first step?
An audit of your technical SEO foundation, your existing product data and the competitive gap. That produces a prioritised roadmap and a first data model for the RAG pipeline, before a single line of content gets written.

Generic content API integration for WordPress blogs and bespoke Symfony applications. One pipeline stack, many target systems.

Client voice

What our clients say about AI.

We've been working with total10 for many years, and it's always been fast and effective. t10 looks after and builds everything our various shops need. Lately, AI has been coming up more and more. What total10 makes possible there goes far beyond anything we'd imagined ourselves. Anyone on board now is years ahead of the competition. Anyone who isn't will be left behind.
