This platform offers a highly flexible solution to a complex compliance problem that is specifically tailored to the requirements of a major manufacturer of large domestic appliances. By automating processes and drastically reducing errors, the platform enables efficient management and traceability of product data. The solution creates an overview, improves tracking and optimizes data quality management. The manufacturer can thus reliably maintain EU compliance and significantly improve its internal processes.

We developed the platform with an extensive ERP connection and the automatic generation of QR codes for packaging and type plates. The platform is based on Symfony and integrates a database with a connection to a product information system. It offers dashboards with hierarchical logins and carries out numerous automatic checks on product data. It also enables production data to be recorded and offers various export functions directly from the dashboard.
The solution also includes automated document provision for end customers on a separate platform and automatic identification of the product batch for the item, which significantly optimizes end customer service. In the future, an expansion to include the provision of documents and media for retail partners is planned.
